The golf course and Granada Park are surrounded by a belt of green parks and play areas and they are just about to be improved even further. The Canary Islands government has set aside 325,199 euros for immediate upgrades to this area. Work will include new play spaces for families, new seating, wider walkways and a general smartening up of the landscape.

To make sure as many people as possible get to enjoy this natural space, the local council are spending 94.500 euros to install a new roundabout system at the busy junction by the football stadium. The flow of the traffic will be much smoother, and golfers will have less time to wait to enjoy their favourite sport. Granada Park takes great pride in its appearance and loves to see these constant touches improving the area for visitors and residents.

From the beach you can hire a wide range of small craft, from pedallos to jet skis, or if you want to be a bit more daring, how about paragliding up in the air behind a boat.
